Geo Growth Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our service—a digital, AI-powered solution designed to optimize your Google Business Profile—we do not issue refunds under any circumstance, once payment has been processed and service access or deliverables have begun.

2. Service Activation

Services are considered activated immediately upon receipt of full payment or completion of setup. As soon as the service is live—such as profile optimization, post-generation, or keyword tracking efforts—no refunds will be granted.

3. Support & Resolution

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re unsatisfied with the service or encounter issues, please contact us at tech@geogrowth.ai. We’ll work diligently to understand your concerns and offer resolution options, such as service adjustments or further optimizations.

4. Subscription Cancellations

If you’re on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel future payments at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle but does not trigger a refund for already completed cycles.

5. Payment Disputes

By using our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes once the service has begun. If a dispute is raised without prior contact, we reserve the right to pursue necessary legal or administrative remedies to protect our service and business.

6. Policy Updates

We may modify this policy from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, we’ll notify you at least 14 days before the new policy takes effect. Otherwise, updates will apply immediately upon posting.
